Mr. Sparkles was created to take away the winter blahs. After taking down the holiday decorations, put up this sunny snowman to brighten the coming months. He will be filled with fun stitches and a bit of glitz. Techniques include beaded snowflakes, Bargello snow pattern, padded nose and colonial knots to create a bulky hat brim and pom-pom.
